Reckless Deck is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
International Shipping Policy

International orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or GlobalPost. Customs information will clearly display the HS Codes and value of each item. Reckless Deck is not responsible for delays imposed upon shipping of your package by your country's customs office. Shipping times vary by country, but average between 6 and 21 days.
